This exciting course will take you on a foodie tour of Morocco and Lebanon. We will cover making potato tagine, feta cheese and filo slices, Lebanese nights dessert, mince and chickpea pasties, and lots more.

What qualification will I achieve?

There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.

What can I do after completing this course?

Once you have completed this course, you might be interested in learning a few more cookery skills. We have lots of culinary masterclasses for you to choose from, including French, Vegetarian, Curries, and Fish.

Are there any extra costs?

You'll need to bring along your own ingredients, which should cost you no more than £8-£12 per week.
