A GCSE grade 6 in Maths.,Our general entry requirements to study 3 A-Levels or any mixed level 3 programme are: 5 GCSEs grade 4-9 including English Language and/or Maths at grade 5. Subject specific entry criteria may also apply. Our general entry requirements to study 4 A-Levels are: 6 GCSEs grade 4-9 including English Language and Maths at grade 6. Subject specific entry criteria may also apply.
Your progress will be regularly assessed by tests, and coursework, with regular feedback and guidance being offered for constant improvement.
Completion of this course may facilitate access to degree courses including mathematics, medicine, engineering or accountancy. Alternatively, you may progress onto an apprenticeship or into employment in engineering or IT based roles.
There will also be a number of career opportunities available to you, particularly roles that require a high degree of numeracy, such as a math teacher, a Statistician, an Accountant, an Engineer or an Economist.
There may be some additional costs during the course for trips and visits to further your learning. You will also need a scientific calculator for the majority of your modules.
