Eastbourne Youth Radio Returns to ESC

The popular student-run Eastbourne Youth Radio (EYR) returns to East Sussex College’s Eastbourne for its 23rd anniversary this week (15th-17th November).

ESC Eastbourne is set to host Eastbourne Youth Radio once again, providing an incredible opportunity for local students aged 5-19 to host and produce their own radio show. It offers a genuine taste of life in the industry.

The jam-packed three-day schedule gets underway on Wednesday 15th November at 10am. East Sussex College is proud sponsors of the flagship show ‘Meet the Media’ where students face a panel of media professionals and receive the very best tips and advice ahead of potential futures in the industry. The show kicks off at 12pm on Thursday 16th November.

This year’s ‘Meet the Media’ guest lineup includes Jordan Hogan, ESC Alumni and Emmy Award-winning Journalist; Hanna Neter, BBC Sussex Journalist; Ryan Millns, Breakfast Presenter with Ashdown Radio; and Nicholas Foley-Oates, Production Designer.
