Now working as a cabin manager at British Airways, Hannah gave students a behind-the-scenes look at the industry, from her early days working at Gatwick Airport to life on cruise ships.
Her experience in check-in services, customer relations, and cabin crew roles provided a fascinating glimpse into the opportunities available in the sector.
Hayley Watkinson, Travel & Tourism Lecturer said, “We were delighted to welcome Hannah back to ESC! Her presentation was both inspiring and informative, offering real-life insights into the travel industry.
“She shared stories from her time working at Gatwick and on cruise ships, giving our students a better understanding of what to expect in these roles. Her enthusiasm and passion for the industry were truly motivating.”
Hannah’s visit gave students the chance to ask questions, gain career advice, and learn from someone who has been in their shoes.
