Kings Restaurant

Our popular Kings Restaurant offers lunch and special themed dinner events with the finest quality food and wine in intimate surroundings at the Eastbourne campus.

Award winning students prepare, cook and serve guests in the restaurant under professional supervision as part of their training.

The restaurant is open to the public, staff and students throughout term time. Booking is recommended.

Kings Coffee Shop is open Wednesday-Friday from 8:30-13:30 and offers barista style coffee using locally roasted Tigermoth coffee beans.

Wednesday Service

Our first-year Level 2 group will be providing a Bistro-style service. Enjoy a 3-course à la carte menu, with potential specials available on the day.

Please make a booking via our booking request form below. Guests can arrive from 11:45 with final orders for 12:45.

Thursday Service

Join us on Thursdays for our new Farmers Market, featuring a variety of stalls run by our first-year Level 1 students alongside second- and third-year Level 3 Patisserie & Confectionery students.

Explore a selection of sweet treats, pastries, breads, baked goods, cakes, jams, and pickles. A light lunch will also be available, including freshly made sandwiches and jacket potatoes.

You can enjoy your meal with full table service in-house or take items home.

No need to book, just arrive between 11am and 12:30pm to be seated accordingly - please note there may be delays in arranging stalls with a Varity of freshly baked goods!

Friday Service

On Fridays, we offer our standard restaurant lunch service, delivered by our Level 3 students alongside first- and second-year students. The menu features a 3-course à la carte offering.
