If you would like East Sussex College to arrange your accommodation we charge a £60.00 Accommodation Arrangement Fee (AAF). Please complete the accommodation section of your application form to help us find the right accommodation for you.

East Sussex College uses a reliable local taxi service. If you require a taxi pick-up or drop-off we can arrange transfers to and from London Gatwick, London Heathrow and Stansted airport. To request a taxi transfer, please email us your full flight information at least two weeks in advance of your departure date. Our staff will book your taxi and send you details of your transfer in a confirmation email. Please note that you will need to pay for any airport taxi parking charges in cash.

You can pay your deposit, tuition fees and accommodation by one of the following methods:
East Sussex College has arranged an effective method of international payment through the Pay to Study (PTS) Service. The PTS System is a free service – no bank charges will be added to your transfers – offering significantly beneficial exchange rates. By using this system you are able to pay in your home currency at your local bank, so there is no need to buy Sterling from your bank prior to transferring. This option is only available if you have already received an invoice from East Sussex College.
All payments can be tracked by you, the student, 24 hours a day online. Therefore you will not need to contact the College to confirm whether or not we have received payment.

Please ensure that the bank transfer includes the student’s name and invoice number if applicable. Please then attach a copy of the transfer to your application.
Please add an additional £10 when transferring funds by this method to cover bank transfer fees.

If you are currently living in the UK you may make your payment at the College. Please do not send cash through the post and we recommend that you do not travel to the UK with large sums of cash.
