GENDER EQUALITY

Gender equality has been the subject of legislation for decades and yet inequalities and prejudices persist. We are committed to complete equality, and recognize that much needs to be done to combat discrimination and micro-inequalities in society and in organisations that combine to create barriers to opportunity and expectations.

Our work on gender spans the whole college community, looking at how policies, attitudes and dynamics effect outcomes for both female and male leaners and staff, and developing training and actions to remedy any inequalities.
