Racism is one of society’s ills that requires constant challenge. We have a zero tolerance policy and are working to challenge and educate to ensure there is no racism at college, whether it be overt, covert or the result of unconscious bias. We provide training, support and events for staff and learners and consult with staff and learners about their experience of the working and learning environment.

We actively encourage good relations between people of different groups and ensure that individuals and communities have equal access to learning programmes and facilities.
