The event marked an important milestone for a group of inspiring young adults who have grown in confidence, challenged themselves, and taken big steps toward their future careers.
Some graduates have already secured paid jobs, both within the NHS and across the local community, showing just how much can be achieved through hard work and determination.
Stacey Beard, Supported Internship Coordinator at East Sussex College, said: “As a team we are proud to have supported them on their journey into paid work. We also welcomed our 2025/26 cohort and their families. They are just beginning their journey, and the celebration showed what’s possible when support, belief, and opportunity come together.
“Special shoutout to my incredible team - Joe, Matt, and our newest job coach Carmel and to our amazing mentors, managers, and partners: thank you for opening doors and believing in potential. Together, we’re building futures.”
The evening not only looked back on the successes of this year’s graduates but also welcomed the new 2025/26 cohort, who are just beginning their journey. Inspired by the celebration, they were able to see what can be achieved with the right support and encouragement.
