East Sussex College (ESC) is on the lookout for businesses to support its Sports Academies’ teams in Lewes and Eastbourne
The College is calling on businesses to help support its Men’s Football, Rugby and Women’s Football and Netball teams through sponsorship.
The College Sports Academies are specialist training programmes for students to develop their sporting careers, alongside their programme of study at ESC. With access to the best facilities in the area, including Eastbourne Sports Park, athletes who train with the Sports Academies are nurtured and pushed to perfect their abilities.
Now the popular Men’s Football team and Women’s Football and Netball teams in Eastbourne and the Academies’ teams in Lewes are on the lookout for businesses to sponsor them.
“Sponsorship will enable us to secure kit and go towards travel costs for our teams,” says Laurence Collier, Head of Curriculum, Sport & Public Uniformed Services, at East Sussex College. “Our teams travel and compete with colleges across the region. Having a company support to our teams is a great way to get the business name out to a wider audience. Eastbourne has a wonderful community feel and a link with local or local businesses and our sports teams also promotes the importance of education and physical activity."
Any business interested in supporting one or more of the teams in the East Sussex College Sports Academies are asked to get in touch with Laurence Collier (Eastbourne) on 030 300 38928 and Sian Hamilton (Lewes) 030 300 39224.
