International Women’s Day Roundtable Inspires East Sussex College Students

East Sussex College celebrated International Women’s Day with a dynamic round‑table networking event that brought together 12 inspiring women from Sussex Police, local businesses, and the county council.

Hosted by CEO & Principal Rebecca Conroy, the session created an open and energising space for conversation, experience‑sharing, and idea‑building. Students had the chance to connect directly with women from a wide range of industries, gaining insight into career journeys, leadership, and the power of collaboration.

Events like this are so important for role modelling, confidence building and opening networks to support the next generation of leaders.”
