It's not too late to join us... and it's so easy to switch!

If you’ve started at another college and it isn’t quite what you expected then there is still time to join us at East Sussex College.

Perhaps you’ve enrolled and you’re just not feeling it. Maybe you’re not sure if you’ll get on with your tutors, perhaps you’ve had issues with your timetable, or maybe you’ve just changed your mind.

Whatever it is, switching is easier than you think.

We’ll get you enrolled, set you up with a timetable, and you’ll start right away.

It really is as easy as one, two, three.

1. Pick up the phone and chat with our admissions team. Let us know which course you’d like to study and we’ll set up a meeting with the course leader.
2. Come in and meet with them at a time that suits you and then they’ll be able to take your details, look at your grades to make sure you meet the entry requirements, and then offer you a place on the course.
3. You could be starting college the following Monday!

A couple of things you should know.

The academic year starts at the beginning of September, which may mean you have already missed a few of your lessons. So as a rough guide, we say that the cut off point for joining a new course is roughly six weeks after the start date. This is so you can catch up with the things you have missed.

If you are under 19 years old, then your course fees will be covered, and switching college won’t cost you a thing. If you are over 19, please get in touch to discuss fees.

You will be able to join any of our full-time courses that you’re interested in. You may want to have a direct transfer to a like-for-like course, for example, Level 3 Travel and Tourism to Level 3 Travel and Tourism, or you can change your course completely. It’s up to you. You’ll just need to meet the entry requirements.
