Matthew impressed everyone with his creative entry in the ‘spooky wordsearch’ competition and was awarded a prize by Library Advisor Antonia, who congratulated him in a special presentation at the Learning Centre.
The competition encouraged students to embrace the Halloween spirit with fun and creative entries, adding a festive touch to the college community.
Carlene Wiegand, Engagement & Community lecturer at East Sussex College, said, “I am super happy for Matthew, who was presented with his prize in his Upcycle Workshop class by Antonia. Matthew took his time to complete the wordsearch, independently, and was lucky to be drawn as a winner. Well done Matthew!
“I would also like to thank the Learning Centre for running these types of competitions which are accessible for our learners.”
Congratulations to Matthew on his well-deserved win!
