The venue buzzed with excitement as these budding artists, musicians, and performers demonstrated their skills, captivating the audience with an impressive performance. The event not only highlighted the incredible talents nurtured within the College, but also showcased the power of community support for emerging artists.
ESC students Emma Daniels, Josiah Graham, Jasper Sharp, and Jack Nicholas, delivered soulful musical performances that resonated with those in attendance.
The Con Club, known for its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to promoting local talent, provided the perfect backdrop for these aspiring artists to get a taste of the industry. The evening was not just a celebration of their accomplishments, but also a testament to the importance of fostering creativity within the College.
The concert was presented in partnership with Lewes Music Group, which itself has been set up by former ESC students of the music department in Lewes.
John Sims, Music Lecturer and Head of East Sussex Academy of Music, said, "Our students showcased an extraordinary array of talents at The Con Club, transforming the stage into a canvas of creativity. The enthusiastic community support affirmed the importance of nurturing artistic expression in education."
