This practical one-year intensive course will allow you to experience a real design studio practice, take responsibility, be self-motivated, and initiate high levels of creativity within your chosen design discipline.
Your learning will be centred around studio practices and design communities that embrace and cultivate an exciting and innovative approach to design thinking.
These studio environments will offer you a series of exciting industry-associated partnerships that will help collectively explore the interface between the designer and culture, between analogue and digital approaches, user and experience, creative and entrepreneur.
All this will help you pursue a career as an illustrator, graphic designer, advertising creative, Art director, or motion, product and user interface designer - to name but a few.
You will learn how to demonstrate key skills including,
Completed a Level 3 qualification in a related subject.
Once you have completed this course, you will achieve a Level 4 UAL Professional Diploma in Creative Enterprise.
We will prepare you for the uncertainties of future employment within the creative industries by developing your understanding of key learning skills. We do this by offering you a broad educational experience that will prepare you for either further study within a BA(Hons) programme or employment across a wide range of subjects.
You can study at universities across the country or choose to stay with us and study Digital Media Design in Lewes or study Graphic Design, Photography, Animation, Fine Art, Illustration, or Designer Maker in Hastings.
