This course is great starting point if you who wish to learn more about the industry and the career opportunities within it. The course is designed to provide you with background knowledge of the sector including hospitality, careers in travel and tourism and the exploration of main UK visitor attractions.
Learn the foundations of positive communication and customer service skills which are two of the most important skills needed to progress onto a higher level of study or even future employment.
You will have the opportunity to learn from our industry partners through guest lectures and industry visits and once you successfully complete this course, you could go on to study Cabin Crew at Level 2 before heading into employment.

This qualification is graded so that the learners are rewarded with a suitable grade to reflect their achievement - Grading is identified as - not yet achieved, pass, merit and distinction.
Upon successful completion of this course you will achieve a Level 1 Certificate in Travel and Tourism.
Upon successful completion of the Level Certificate in travel and Tourism you will be able to take the next steps onto Level 2 Cabin Crew
