Marcus Clayton, winner of the UK finals of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition, returns to the College on Thursday 16 March to talk to students about his journey from East Sussex College student to award-winning chef!

Marcus Clayton, East Sussex College alumni and winner of the UK finals of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition, returned to the College’s Hastings campus in March to talk to students about his journey from student to award-winning chef and host an exclusive pop-up dining experience!

Marcus Clayton will now represent the UK in the Grand Final in Milan next year.

Marcus Clayton, is returning to the College for a second time to host a pop up dining event.

Marcus Clayton has reached the UK finals following an impressive performance in front of an international judging panel.

Former East Sussex College Hastings Catering student, Marcus Clayton, won the UK finals of the prestigious S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition last month, and has spoken to the College about his journey so far.
